The Boss

David

David is the founder of LeadDec and a successful entrepreneur with first-hand experience of growing and selling a fitness studio for six figures. After facing the challenges of managing multiple systems and generating consistent leads, he launched LeadDec in 2020 to give business owners a simpler way to grow.

Alongside LeadDec, David also founded a fully managed,

"Done-For-You" Meta Ads agency in 2018, helping businesses generate more leads and sales through proven marketing strategies.

Anthony

With over a decade of IT and Software Support, Anthony joined the LeadDec team in the Summer of 2024 to spearhead client relations and continue moving LeadDec forwards.

Having worked with over 1000 different businesses for their IT and software needs, Anthony leads the team with both his technical knowledge for software and AI, and extensive insights into a wide variety of business industries.

With a background in Computer Science, specialising in AI & Machine Learning, Leah brings a technical and forward-thinking approach to helping businesses grow.

From getting clients fully set up to building tailored advertising campaigns and implementing CRM systems, Leah supports every stage of the client journey. She takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships with every client, ensuring they have the systems, strategy and support needed to achieve lasting results.

Marketing Expert

Ella

With a Marketing degree, and years of industry experience, Ella is our in-house Marketing Expert; specialising in META Ads Campaigns.

Ella hosts our weekly client webinars, helping business owners gain a better understanding of organic marketing and Meta advertising. She also plays a key role in managing our Done-For-You Meta Ads service, working closely with the team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and clients achieve the best possible results.
