Yep, not something I ever thought I’d write
And if you know me at all, you’ll know this wasn’t an easy decision
I hate losing
I hate shutting things down
I’m one of the worst losers possible 😆
But this isn’t a failure
It’s a focus decision
Let me explain
This feels very similar to when we ran the studio
At one point, we had too much going on
Too many plates spinning
Too many directions
Right now, FitPro Lead Gen and the FitPro Incubator are growing fast
We’re bringing new staff in regularly
We’ve set some big, very intentional targets for 2026
And the truth is this
LeadDec, as a standalone product, no longer fits that plan 😬
So here’s exactly what’s happening
LeadDec is closing to NEW members
No new sign ups moving forward
Instead, LeadDec is folding fully into the FitPro Incubator
Same core tech
Same systems
But delivered with far better structure, coaching, accountability and outcomes
And honestly, this is the part I’m excited about
